This notice explains how Digilabs Innovations Limited handles information submitted through the VUNO trial, waitlist and contact forms. VUNO acts as the data controller for this information.
What we collect
We collect the business name, contact name, phone number, email address, business type, location and number of tables you provide. Contact forms also collect your message. You may also choose to tell us how you heard about VUNO and which plan interests you.
How we use it
We use this information only to set up and support your VUNO trial, manage your waitlist or contact request, and contact you about the service you requested.
Where information is stored
We use cloud service providers to store and process information. Their servers may be located outside Zambia. We take reasonable steps to use providers and safeguards appropriate for protecting that information.
We do not sell your information
Your personal and business contact information is not sold to third parties.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Submit your request through our contact page. We may retain limited records where required by law.
