Terms of service
These terms explain the agreement between your business and Digilabs Innovations Limited when you use VUNO.
The service
VUNO is a digital QR menu platform provided by Digilabs Innovations Limited. It lets food businesses publish menus that customers can open on their phones.
Free trial
The free trial lasts 14 days, requires no card and provides the Starter plan.
QR stands
QR stands are provided at no cost during the trial. If you continue on a paid plan, you may keep them for K45 each. Otherwise, we collect them.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Subscriptions are billed monthly, month to month. There is no long-term contract. You may cancel at any time, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billing period.
Your menu content
Your business is responsible for the accuracy of all prices, descriptions and allergen information shown on its menu.
Menu images
Images created by VUNO are intended to represent your dishes and must be approved by your business before publishing. By approving an image, you confirm that it fairly represents what you serve.
Acceptable use
You must not use VUNO to publish unlawful, misleading or offensive content.
Service availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep VUNO available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid during the three months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached. We will act reasonably and provide notice where circumstances allow.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will give reasonable notice of material changes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia.
